As a working mom and one who doesn't love to plan trips, Disney seemed like an overwhelming venture. Thank goodness Lisa swept in and took care of everything for us! From the start she knew exactly what my family needed. Suggesting a wonderful hotel, the Boardwalk, that was close to two parks so we could easily walk or take the boat to our destinations. Lisa helped us know how to navigate the experience of Disney day by day, even setting up our My Disney Experience App. Lisa laid out for us the best rides, attractions, food venues, snacks, fast passes, dinner reservation, and all the extras we didn't even know existed. If you tell her you like Mexican food I guarantee you will go to the best Mexican quick service place in all of Disney, we did! Lisa also though about all the what ifs in her plans such as what do you do if someone gets sick, how to save money by ordering your groceries, where you can find the best picture spots, etc, etc. I also decided to have Lisa make personalized autograph books for my 3 daughters. She asked me about what my girls liked and was able to personalize each book to include their favorite princess, or for one of the girls her favorite, somewhat random, character from the pub scene in Tangled (I'm sure that was hard to find but Lisa got it right). The girls loved meeting characters around the park or when we were out to dinner and have them sign their special books. Lisa planned our days so they worked in all the "must see" attractions at Disney, but we still felt like we had time to ad-lib and do our own thing. Having everything so carefully planned took away the stress of not being sure you were going to hit all the hot spots or get your money's worth while you were there. Being that we are not Disney regulars we knew we made the most of our Disney trip when talking to our friends or people we meat at Disney. Time after time we had people who were Disney regulars asking how we got into "that restaurant" or knew about "that attraction". They would say, "This is your first time, you have to go here..." Our answer was alway "we did that already" or "we have that on the plan for tomorrow". It just confirmed for us what we already knew, Lisa is amazing and planned for us the best Disney trip anyone could ever imagine. I highly recommend using Lisa to plan your PERFECT Disney trip!

Recently we had the opportunity to use "it's a mouse thing" to help plan our Disney vacation. We were so pleased with our experience! The detailed plans for each day made us feel as though Lisa was walking in the park with us as our personal tour guide. Instead of feeling like Disney novices we felt like experts because of the guidance we received. We were also able to get so much more out of each park because we had such great plans! Many of the popular rides that had long waits, Lisa had fast passes booked for us so we were able to do much more in each park. Also, every meal booked for us by Lisa not only fit our needs (vegetarian) but were all delicious! Would definitely use "it's a mouse thing" for our next Disney vacation! Thank you! Awesome job!
